Caritas tim u Centru za azilante Krnjača tokom zimskom perioda intenzivirao je rad sa migrantima na časovima Srpskog i Engleskog jezika. Korisnici su učili pojmove i običaje vezane za praznike Božić i Novu godinu, upotrebu glagola u budućem vremenu, kao i upotrebu padeža Instrumentala. Časovima Srpskog jezika pridružio se i mladić iz Gvineje koji je tek pristigao u kamp. Žena iz Irana, koja govori samo Persijski jezik, ove nedelje krenula je sa učenjem Engleskog jezika. Učila je pozdrave, predstavljanje, i opšte izraze za vreme koje je vrlo brzo usvojila.
Tokom školskih praznika, kada deca ne idu školu, vežbali smo sa njima Srpski jezik i igrali igre reči, što im je bilo veoma interesantno i zabavno, a kroz igru su naučili i nove reči iz Srpskog jezika i vežbali izgovor. Na taj način sprečili smo da deca tokom praznika zaborave već naučeno, i da se spreme za drugo polugodište.

During the winter season, Caritas team in the Krnjaca Asylum Center intensified working with migrants in the Serbian and English language classes. Beneficiaries have learned the terms and customs related to Christmas and New Year holidays, the use of verbs in future times, and the use of Serbian grammar. The boy from Guinea who just arrived in the camp has joined to classes of the Serbian language. A woman from Iran, who speaks only Persian, has began learning English. She quickly learned greetings, presentations, and general expressions and basic sentences in conversation.
During school holidays, when children do not go to school, we practiced Serbian with them and played word games. Games were interesting and fun, and through the games, children have learned new words of the Serbian language and practiced pronunciation. On this way we prevented that children forget learned Serbian speech, and to prepare for the second half of the school year.
